Dining Dilemma! Do You Have ‘Menu Anxiety’?

3 in 10 Americans say they have suffered from “menu anxiety” or have felt anxiety while perusing a large restaurant menu.

41% of Gen Z and Millennials, compared to only 15% of Gen X and baby boomers, have felt overwhelmed when it came time to choose from a menu.

Younger generations are also more likely to let others order first to determine what they should order.  They’re also more likely to check out a food joint’s menu online first before they head out to eat.

Taste and cost were two of the most important factors in choosing what you order.
