Do you love posting pics of your toddler? You’re not alone. A new study finds that mothers with kids under theage of five are moreactive on social media than the general public. To find this, Experian analyzed data from a survey conducted by theSimmons National Consumer Study, which covered 25-thousand U.S. adults. Researchers found that the median age of moms with young kids was 32.5 years, and that the moms overwhelmingly preferred Facebookas their social media network. The researchers found that moms withkids between the ages of six and ten were less active on social media than those with younger children, and that a mother’s socialmedia use decreased as her child aged. Additionally, the survey found that moms with kids under age five were more likely to shop using mobile devices, particularly iPads. (Mashable)
