Too Tired to Cook After Work?

77% of Americans are too tired to cook after work, a study of 2,000 adults found.

In fact, about 1/5 have fallen asleep while making food!!

51% of participants say they’re busiest during weekends, but a surprising 38% say they’re equally busy every day of the week.

So what do we do when we’re not in the mood to cook?  When participants are short on time, they turn to sandwiches, fast food, and microwavable dinners.

“Healthy eating should be easy for even the busiest families,” Becky Graham of Kevin’s Natural Foods said. “We know how important it is for people to have access to healthy, convenient meal options that don’t compromise on taste or quality.”
